⏳ Processing Times

  • Standard orders: Processed within 1–3 business days

  • Ready-to-ship units: Delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location

  • Custom units: Constructed within 7–10 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days of purchase

  • Sales & holidays: Please allow 10–14 business days for your order to ship

🚚 Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via USPS

  • Prefer a different carrier? Contact us before placing your order

  • Expedited shipping (Next-Day Delivery) is available at checkout for eligible locations

📍 Address Policy

  • We only ship to billing addresses

  • Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be automatically refunded

  • If you're a college student or have a special circumstance, please email us before ordering to make arrangements

📦 Tracking & Responsibility

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • After tracking is issued, SymphonyTresses is not responsible for:

    • Lost or stolen packages

    • Delays caused by USPS or weather conditions

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will require the customer to pay a re-delivery fee
