Are returns accepted?
All sales are final. However, we allow returns within 24 hours of delivery only if the lace is uncut, unaltered, and the unit is unworn and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies.
How do I request a return?
Email us at symphony.tresses@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the lace and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
What items are NOT eligible for return?
We do not accept returns for custom units, sale items, or any wig that has been worn, altered, styled, or has cut/tinted/plucked lace.
Do I get a full refund?
If your return is approved, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed once the item is inspected and approved.
